What You'll Do:

Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools. Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure Operating system expertise with Windows Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software. Set up and configure PC's Image loading protocol

LAN/NETWORK

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED Security Clearance Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of hardware repair Minimum of 3 years of experience with technical experience consisting of operation systems such as Windows Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting

Prior experience with MacOS and Unix/Linux
