IT Manager (Hands-On/ERP Environment)

Established Southern Indiana manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead and support our business technology systems in a stable, team-oriented environment where your work truly matters. This is not a "sit in meetings all day" management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, supporting users, and helping the business grow through technology. What You'll Do Manage and support enterprise business systems and related applications Maintain and improve servers, networks, PCs, and IT infrastructure Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user support issues Partner with leadership and vendors to improve technology operations Assist with projects involving cybersecurity, system upgrades, automation, and process improvements Oversee relationships with software and technology vendors Provide day-to-day technical leadership while remaining hands-on What We're Looking For Experience supporting large ERP or enterprise business systems Strong understanding of: Windows Server environments Windows 10/11 LAN/WAN networking Microsoft 365 SQL Server/databases Ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users Self-motivated problem solver with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or related field Relevant certifications and equivalent experience considered Experience managing IT operations in a multi-department business environment Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Stable long-term work environment Supportive team culture Schedule Monday-Friday, Day Shift On-site position in the Southern Indiana / Louisville Metro area Apply Today If you enjoy hands-on IT leadership, solving real business problems, and working with a company that values long-term employees and teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
