Only Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple simultaneous large-scale IT projects from initiation through closure Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts Drive Agile and SDLC best practices across project delivery Present updates and status reports to executive leadership Support modernization initiatives and organizational change management

Required Experience:

8+ years of Project/Program Management experience 2+ years of management experience Strong experience managing large-scale complex IT implementations Expertise with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes Strong project budgeting and financial management experience Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

PMP or PgMP Certification Agile Certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe, etc.) Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Experience in Manufacturing, Truck OEM, Heavy Equipment, or Electric Vehicle industries Knowledge of

MES, ERP, OTA

solutions, Telematics, PKI, Cloud (Azure/AWS), APIs, and Integrations Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
