Job Description:

Join a leading global beauty and consumer products organization supporting a high-visibility initiative focused on integrating newly acquired brands into a large-scale enterprise environment. This role offers the opportunity to work across global teams, drive strategic programs, and influence complex business and technology initiatives. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong project coordination, systems implementation, and stakeholder management experience. This individual will manage project planning and execution activities while supporting the successful integration of a new brand across technical and business workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and own project plans with accountability for scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and budget Create, maintain, and track project timelines using ServiceNow or compatible project management platforms Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Data, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Retail Systems, eCommerce, and Omnichannel teams Partner with Global and U.S. stakeholders to drive alignment and support project execution Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while communicating status updates effectively Support governance activities and approval checkpoints across Global, Zone, and Local leadership teams Prepare executive presentations, project updates, and documentation for senior leadership Maintain detailed documentation throughout all phases of project delivery Collaborate with technical and business teams to align strategic initiatives with overall program goals

Required Qualifications:

5-7+ years of IT Project Management or Project Coordination experience Experience leading or supporting systems implementation projects Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow , including timeline management and ticket/demand creation Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to leadership Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Proven problem-solving and risk management abilities

Preferred Background:
