IT Support Analyst

Provide day-to-day IT support for end users, including hardware, software, and ERP system issuesRespond to and resolve help desk tickets related to desktops, laptops, applications, and system accessSupport basic ERP functions (user access, data entry issues, navigation, and error troubleshooting)Install, configure, and maintain software applications and user environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and common business applicationsAssist with user account management (password resets, permissions, onboarding/offboarding)Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system and knowledge baseEscalate complex technical or ERP-related issues to senior IT staff or vendors when neededAssist with system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasksProvide basic training and guidance to users on software and system usageSupport integration points between ERP and other business tools at a basic level
