• We are looking for a Desktop Support individual with increasing workload.

They want this individual to manage and maintain all level 1 tasks including asset management, imaging, hardware support etc. so their internal resource can focus on level 2 and 3 support Responsibilities on a Day to

Day:

• Imaging computers
• Staging equipment
• Working in ITSM tool
• Adding users into Azure AD
• Taking users out of Azure AD
• Basic troubleshooting on end users equipment This person will also need to be able to

Asset Management:

• Inventory assessment and forecasting
• Inventory tracking
• Retrieval of equipment from departed employees
• Recycling
• Entering assets into our ITSM asset inventory
• Mobile phone management and configuration; Apple Business Manager
• Clean incoming equipment and store it appropriately for future use

• The pay range for this position is $20.00
