Summary We are seeking an IT Support professional to join our team at RKI Instruments, Inc. In this role, you will be essential in providing first level technical support to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. Responsibilities Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, printers/copiers, and phones. Quickly respond to support requests in-person, phone, email, or chat. Solve problems on Windows and Macintosh platforms with equal proficiency. Setup and configure computer hardware and software. Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 suite. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to details with excellent follow up. Requirements Proven experience in IT support or a related field. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and team members. Solid understanding of computer management principles and help desk operations. Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems. Knowledge of Outlook email client and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Active Directory. Knowledge of networking, printing, and phone technologies. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Minimum of one year work experience supporting Macintosh and Windows platforms.
