IT Support Technician

One Health is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician who's excited to support staff across multiple locations and help keep our technology running smoothly. Full-Time, 4/10 schedule (day off would be Tuesday or Thursday)

Pay:

$22.88- $24.41/hr DOE •This is an onsite position. Candidates must be located at or wiling to work from one of our Montana or Wyoming locations (preferred: Chinook/Harlem, Miles City, Lewistown, or Powell, WY). Occasional travel between sites will be required. A full list of our locations is available on our website.•What You'll Do As an IT Support Technician, you'll make sure our staff have the tech tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care. You'll troubleshoot issues, maintain hardware and software, and support technology across several One Health sites. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to keep systems running efficiently Install and set up workstations, hardware, software, and user accounts Train employees on technology use and provide on-demand support when needed Maintain accurate inventories of equipment, software, and technology resources Monitor system performance, security, and accessibility across sites Recommend technology improvements, upgrades, and solutions What You Bring Required High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Minimum 1 year of IT experience Preferred Associate degree in IT, business, or related field 1-3 years of IT support experience (or combined education/experience) Top Skills Technical troubleshooting Customer service and communication Problem solving and analysis Team collaboration Project coordination
