IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR 2 JOB SUMMARY

TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division.

The IT System Administrator 2 position provides advanced support and administration of core IT systems across multiple facilities. Leads troubleshooting, system management, and IT projects.

1st Shift Monday - Friday On call rotations

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Certificate or some education in the Information Technology field 3-6 years of related field work Advanced Computer Skills Systems Experience Google Workspace Active Directory & Group Policy Windows Service (roles, patching, performance) Citrix (administration and troubleshooting) Networking (VLANs, WAN, Wireless) Manufacturing systems (IQMS/RealTime preferred) VoIP systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Regular on-site attendance / Travel as Requested

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities) Provide Tier 2-3 support and act as an escalation point Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy Manage Citrix environment (sessions, apps, performance) Support and maintain IQMS/RealTime systems Troubleshoot network and multi-site connectivity issues Support and deploy VoIP systems Lead IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements Coordinate with vendors and manage escalations Maintain system documentation Proactively identify and resolve issues All other related duties as assigned
