IT Systems Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is primarily to assist in managing and maintaining the function of Louisiana National Bank's Information Technology Network. To help develop business for the bank through civic and community activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Promote Louisiana National Bank Provide daily server management Assist in general network troubleshooting Apply/maintain OS and third-party patches and upgrades Assist in managing phone system Ensure backups are performed per policy Provide second level desktop support to employees Unlock and reactivate users and reset passwords for various systems and programs Provide second level trouble shooting of hardware issues Assist employees with software applications Track and maintain the bank's hardware inventory Assist in various other projects to be determined by the SVP, Chief Information/Security Officer Requires standing and/or sitting Requires lifting and carrying Occasional kneeling or squatting Requires contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise) Answering telephones and assisting customers with their questions / problems

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

College degree or equivalent job experience with computer information systems. Must be able to travel to various locations at any given time. Must have a valid and unencumbered Driver's License. Local travel to branch locations is required. Consistent and reliable presence at work. (Schedule will vary and may include early mornings, late afternoons and Saturdays.)

Pay:

From $70,000.00 per year
