Overview Join our dynamic team as an IT Systems & Integrations Specialist, where you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems that drive operational excellence. This team member will be responsible for internal systems and websites, as well as future dealer/customer systems and websites. Daily work focuses heavily on WordPress, Zoho, troubleshooting, and maintaining integrations between platforms. Proactivity and thoughtfulness in employing best practices and systems from the start are important. However, existing systems are in place which may require timely problem solving. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot WordPress websites Manage plugins, updates, backups, and website security Resolve bugs, errors, and performance issues Support website functionality and integrations Manage and troubleshoot Zoho applications and workflows Support users with Zoho related issues Maintain automations, forms, pipelines, and system organization Improve and optimize existing processes Troubleshoot integrations between WordPress, Zoho, and third party tools WooCommerce experience Monitor automations and system syncing Handle API and workflow related issues Ensure all systems communicate properly and efficiently Assist staff with technical troubleshooting Help manage software access and system setup Document fixes and processes when needed Recommend improvements to workflows and systems Requirements Experience with WordPress administration and troubleshooting Experience working with Zoho products and integrations Experience with WooCommerce Familiarity with payment gateways such as Authorize.net Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Familiarity with APIs, automations, and system integrations Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Good communication skills

Pay:

$51,991.86 - $62,613.86 per year
