Key Responsibilities Perform daily checks of system backups across company locations. Monitor the health of servers, computers, and network equipment. Verify that software updates and security patches are current. Assist with tracking and maintaining records of company IT equipment. Ensure computers and devices are correctly assigned to employees. Provide basic troubleshooting support for common IT issues. Assist IT staff with projects such as hardware installations, cable runs, and equipment setup.
