This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 systems, configuring workstations and laptops, onboarding new employees, and ensuring the smooth operation of desktop applications, network printers, and cabling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the capability to work independently. Some in-state travel is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop OS system support for Windows 10/11
• Preconfigure end user laptops and workstations
• Onboard new employees
• Support desktop applications
• Install/troubleshoot network printers
• Network cable troubleshooting skills
• Interact with vendor technical support
• Good customer relationship skills
• Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Some in-state travel required
• Regular, reliable attendance at the worksite for the duration of scheduled shifts, including mandatory overtime. Qualifications Education and Experience
• Degree or certifications or experience shall be considered
• 3-5 years' experience as a technical support specialist Skills and Abilities

• Ninja RMM
• Barracuda ESS
• Cisco Meraki Certifications or Licenses
• Any certifications/licenses - required or preferred Working Conditions This position primarily operates in a professional office setting. This role may occasionally travel for business purposes.

Work Schedule:

o The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with occasional evening or weekend work as needed to meet deadlines or attend events. Work schedules may vary based on position/department. o
