Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment with proven skillsTroubleshoot and repair casino and property equipmentMaintain logs on equipmentProficiency in all phases of operation of fire panelsRecommend needed parts for purchase, order parts and services if neededResponds to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the propertyAssists technicians in their training and duties as assignedSkills, Education and Other Requirements:
Must be proficient and versatile in one or more building trades: electrical, painting/sheetrock, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanicsIntermediate English reading and writing abilitiesAbility to work safely with power toolsHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceSome computer operation may be necessary Some technical or commercial training necessaryThree (3) years minimum work experienceTroubleshoot, adjust, and repair selected equipmentValid Nevada Driver's License Identification that establishes identityIdentification that establishes the right to work in the United StatesSimilar remote jobs
