Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure our spaces remain hygienic, organized, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve their appearance and safety Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of restrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic zones using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Conduct custodial maintenance including window washing, surface sanitation, and restocking supplies to ensure hygiene standards are met Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team members Support commercial and residential cleaning projects when needed, ensuring high-quality service delivery in diverse environments Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards Skilled in various cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices including basic repairs and upkeep tasks Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and other janitorial tools effectively Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards in both commercial and residential settings Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance issues promptly Join our team to help create clean, safe environments that make a difference every day!
