Learn More About EAS Job Purpose 2nd shift The Janitor cleans and maintains the facility, particularly common spaces; halls, restrooms, cafeteria, conference rooms. The Janitor plays a crucial role in keeping buildings clean, safe and functional, and contributes to the overall quality of life within the spaces they manage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean building floors by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, and vacuuming. Clean conference room tables and chairs. Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms. Remove workspace trash. Maintain organization around buildings. Maintain cleaning supplies. Maintain breakroom and restroom supplies. Serve as a liaison for uniforms and mats cleaning service. Safely operates material handle equipment, and a variety of custodial equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, pressure washing equipment and elevated work platforms such as ladders and scissor lifts. Ensures facility is always presentable to guests. Assist facility maintenance and EHS technicians as required. Qualifications Education and/or

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Language Skills:

Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Ability to complete required EHS training. Ability to obtain internal forklift certification. General Job Requirements Must be able to lift 25 pounds/11.5 kilos on occasions.
