Janitor/Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment facilities. Your energy and dedication will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-maintained, and visually appealing, supporting the overall health and safety for visitors. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience to contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere. Duties Have the pool area ready for guests by 9 AM. If additional time is needed please close pool deck with cones, to not allow entry for guests. a. Arrange furniture by straitening loungers and setting back at the same level to look uniform b. Clean tabletops, chairs and side tables with cleaning solution. c. Empty trash cans. f. Blow pool deck for leaves, pickup trash between loungers, clean pool deck with hose if needed for spot cleaning.. 2. Clean stairways, walkways, shower areas daily, for sand or dirt (use blower only after 10am). 3 Clean laundry rooms and bathrooms. Mop floor, clean sinks, walls, mirrors , toilets, window panes and ledges, replenish supplies and empty garbage cans. 4.Wipe down laundry machines inside and out, and check for any remaining clothes in machines. Pick-up garbage on grounds or windowsills. 5.Clean around the dumpsters, place any garbage inside dumpsters. 6. Clean parking lots and shells borders of all parking lots. Pick up and remove garbage. 7. Sweep/blow back any shells that have spread outside the planting beds. Check showers on side of buildings D and E for operation and cleanliness. Remove items left. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial preferably within commercial or industrial settings Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently Join us in creating a clean and safe environment where everyone can thrive! Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
