Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies. Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized cleaning tasks as needed to support facility operations. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards discovered during cleaning routines. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements No janitorial or custodial experience is required. No experience stripping and waxing floors is required but is highly valuable to the position. Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors is valuabl. Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
