Independent Contractor / 1099 Position Overview We are seeking reliable independent contractors for recurring commercial facilities support routes throughout Northern Michigan.

This opportunity is ideal for:

commercial cleaning companies, owner operators, janitorial contractors, field service vendors, or individuals currently servicing commercial accounts in the region. This is recurring route-based work supporting multi-site commercial facilities operations.

Scope of Work Services include:

restroom maintenance, sanitation services, visual quality checks, app-based reporting, before/after photo uploads, clock-in/clock-out verification. Training will be provided on reporting software and operational procedures.
