Janitorial Manager Trainee

Job description: Primary job responsibility is to lead and supervise multiple accounts under the direction and guidance of the Operations Manager. This individual will actively manage night janitorial operations for their assigned accounts, support employees, and ensure all services are delivered to the highest quality.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Enforce work standards under the direction of the Operations Manager. Monitor overall inventory/equipment usage, safety maintenance, and upkeep of equipment. Allocate the use of available labor resources in an effective manner. Assist the Operations staff in supervision, coverage, and training of nighttime cleaners as needed. Perform janitorial duties when required. Special project work as requested and other duties as assigned.

This includes skills in coaching, training, and crew motivation Seeking individuals with the ability to work under pressure and who can manage time and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

Must have supervisory experience, preferably in the janitorial, hospitality, or food industry Must pass a background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a clean driving record
