Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window cleaning, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards Assist with floor care activities including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed or safety hazards observed during cleaning rounds Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage and usage of equipment Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly cleaning procedures at all times Occasionally assist with light residential painting or industrial cleaning tasks as needed to support facility upkeep Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a focus on floor care and sanitation Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety standards Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices including minor repairs and upkeep Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Embark on this rewarding journey where your dedication ensures clean environments that foster productivity and comfort.
