Janitorial Services Worker

Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive within a 20-mile radius of Lancaster, Texas. Overview Join our growing team as a Janitorial Services Worker! In this role, you'll help keep commercial facilities clean, safe, and presentable. We value hardworking individuals who pay attention to detail and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Clean floors, restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash Disinfect surfaces and maintain sanitation standards Perform floor care including buffing and deep cleaning when needed Assist with window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks Report repairs or safety concerns to management Help with moving supplies or light porter duties as needed Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and products Ability to work independently and stay productive Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout shifts This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income and grow with a company that is continuing to expand.
