Job Description

## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Head Custodian to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of a retail facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. ## Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead custodial staff in daily cleaning operations
  • Perform and oversee tasks such as buffing, floor care, and porter duties
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met ## Requirements
  • Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus Monday thru Saturday 6:00am to 1:30pm.
