Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry services, and custodial equipment to ensure operational readiness. Collaborate with facility management teams to address maintenance issues related to cleanliness or safety concerns. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the custodial staff. Experience Proven supervising experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial healthcare facilities. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment. Familiarity with safety protocols related to custodial work and knowledge of proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
