The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that our facilities are safe and well-cared for. Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing designated areas
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Handle floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors
• Assist with residential painting projects as needed
• Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Execute commercial cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness in shared spaces
• Ensure all areas are kept clean and organized at all times Requirements
• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
• Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Familiarity with floor care equipment such as buffers and polishers is a plus
• Experience working as a porter or in a similar role is beneficial
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
