As a Janitorial Worker, you will be responsible for executing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that ensure our spaces are pristine and well-maintained, supporting a positive experience for everyone who enters. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct routine custodial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold hygiene standard. Reporting larger issues to the maintenance crew for quick resolution. Maintain cleanliness of facilities by following established procedures for cleaning schedules and safety protocols Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored for efficient operations Skills Proven experience in commercial or custodial cleaning with a strong understanding of janitorial best practices Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods suitable for marina facilities • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Join us and be part of a dedicated team committed to creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and well-being.
