Janitorial/Housekeeping

TFM Services, a leading and expanding Midwest facility maintenance company, is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, determined, flexible, and willing to assume additional responsibilities if the need arises. Pay will depend on qualifications and experience. The individual selected will be responsible for: Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Sweeping and running auto-scrubber. Removing waste to designated disposal location. Maintaining a clean and orderly janitorial closet. Notify TFM Management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. Monitor supply room stock levels and notify TFM Management when inventory is running low. Completing other non-routine cleaning as the need arises.

Skills and requirements necessary include:

A valid driver's license. Capable of working productively under minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering superior service. Physically capable of bending, lifting, and operating heavy equipment. Previous janitorial experience desired but not required.
