RESPONSIBILITIESRoutinely clean up all areas of the designated building including the exterior, green space, and parking lot Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesNotify management of occurring deficiencies, needed repairs, and adjustmentsManage inventory to maintain a stocked supply roomRemove garbage and/or recycling dailySweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floorsHandle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests efficientlyTroubleshoot lighting and indoor climate controlFollow all health and safety regulations and wear necessary protective gearMonitor heat and cooling systemsLock doors and store keys when needed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
