We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about food and customer satisfaction. Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Jersey Mike's standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the dining area and kitchen. Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation and handling. Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for customers. Requirements Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
