Join our dynamic team as a General Manager and lead the operations of a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional service, managing daily restaurant activities, and inspiring your team to achieve excellence. Your energetic leadership will ensure smooth food preparation, efficient management of POS systems, inventory control, and a vibrant dining experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, safety, and customer service. Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to foster a team-oriented environment. Control inventory levels meticulously to minimize waste and maximize profitability through effective stock management. Supervise kitchen activities including food production, cooking, and food handling to meet quality standards. Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all restaurant functions. Handle shift management by scheduling staff efficiently and ensuring smooth transitions during busy hours. Conduct interviews and participate in staff hiring processes to build a talented team aligned with company values. Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to boost revenue growth. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry, preferably in quick service or casual dining settings. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Hands-on experience with POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Demonstrated success in supervising teams, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment. Familiarity with inventory control procedures, food safety regulations, and health standards. Background in hospitality management or restaurant operations with experience in shift management and budgeting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
