To Be Determined Job Description The Niangua R-V School District is seeking a dynamic and student-focused ELA for the 2026-27 school year. The candidate must demonstrate an enthusiasm for teaching, motivating students, engaging in continuous professional development, and improving strong communication skills to establish relationships with the school community. The candidate should also understand utilizing data to identify strategies to empower student learning, a belief in the differentiation of instruction to meet the needs of our learners, and strong classroom management skills. We offer excellent salaries and benefits. The Niangua School District has been a four-day school week since 2016. Our district is ensuring a supportive learning environment that developes all students with the skills, mindset, and values to achieve lifelong success.
