Our DX Technology & Digital team is responsible for the end-to-end guest experience across attractions, resorts, and merchandise. We aren't just maintaining systems; we are pioneering AI-integrated delivery models to redefine how enterprise technology is managed. We are seeking an IT Project Manager who functions as a technical architect and strategic lead. This role transcends traditional Jira administration-you will be the functional owner of our Jira platform, defining how project data is captured, visualized, and leveraged to provide executive-level transparency across a massive commerce organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Platform Ownership:

Define and govern "standard ways of working" within Jira to support complex enterprise delivery methodologies.

Executive Insights & Visualization:

Architect and automate high-level dashboards that provide "decision-ready" insights into program health, risks, and cross-team dependencies.

AI Agent Development:

Design and build custom AI agents from scratch within Jira and secondary applications to automate reporting and generate predictive delivery analytics.

Platform Governance:

Lead the configuration of Jira projects, complex workflows, and permission schemes while maintaining strict data integrity.

Ecosystem Integration:

Manage the technical bridge between Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to ensure a unified "single source of truth."

Cloud Migration SME:

Serve as the primary functional expert during the On-Prem to Cloud transition, ensuring business requirements and custom solutions are preserved.

Mentorship:

Coach project teams on standardized workflows to improve predictability across the entire program.

Qualifications:

Enterprise Experience:

Deep experience in Program and Project Management within a large-scale, high-stakes corporate environment.

Technical DNA:

A background in Engineering or Development is highly preferred.

AI Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience building AI agents from scratch (not just using pre-built tools). Proficiency with tools like Cursor, Claude, or Amazon Q is ideal.

Jira Mastery:

Advanced expertise in Jira (Cloud and Server), including JQL for complex data extraction and Advanced Roadmaps for dependency mapping.

Reporting Excellence:

Proven ability to translate massive, "messy" data sets into polished, automated executive reporting.

Integration Skills:

Hands-on experience integrating Jira with Confluence, SharePoint, and external APIs.

Communication:

Elite interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical roadmaps to executive leadership.
