Job description Our Job Coaches work one on one with adult participants with developmental disabilities in our Day Program. Do the jobs alongside/ with our consumers (Landscaping, car washes, gardening, pressure washing, recycling, paper shredding, painting, cleaning and assisting local business, re-stacking and organizing stock room)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Fulfill activity calendar as directed by Program Director/ Lead Staff Documentation Behavior Management Communication with management Equipment Management and Use Assisting with Medication Special Demands Use of heavy equipment Transport attendees' to job sites Use of hand over hand techniques to train Attendees' Document Behavioral Data Redirect resistive and abusive behavior Complete tasks at job site in timely manner Supervision of Attendees' Solicit other business for Jobs for the

Attendees' Requirements:

Must be 18 and above. Highschool Diploma/ GED, Must be able to pass background check and willing to obtain 1st Aid & CPR, and CPI Certification, current physical and TB Test within the year before starting.
