We are currently hiring in our Employment Services programs for 3 part time Job Coach positions in our Perham location. These positions are responsible for supporting individuals on the job and helping them maintain and grow in their positions. You will be a teacher, trainer, and cheer leader to each person we serve. Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends.

Qualifications include:

A High School diploma or GED equivalent, valid MN Driver's License with a clean driving record and the ability to pass a Background ground study. Dent, MN Description :

Supporting participant in a cleaning position in a restaurant setting. Shifts will be 4 days a week. Tuesdays 7:00am-9:00am, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday 7:00am-10:30/11:00am. You will transport the participant to and from their job. Mileage will be reimbursed at .70 per mile. 2.

Staples, MN Description:

Supporting a participant in a Kitchen Aid position in a restaurant setting. Shifts will be 3 days per week. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11:00am-2:00pm. You will transport the participant to and from their job. Mileage will be reimbursed at .70 per mile.

Location:

Perham and Wadena Position:

Supporting individuals in a variety of job sites. This position will be a float position. Hours will be flexible, with potential for growth.
