Apply Responsibilities:
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships. Coordinate CAREGiver schedules on a daily basis with an emphasis on creating high quality matches/extraordinary relationships. Monitor, mediate, and log both client and CAREGiver activity and follow up on CAREGiver assignments and client service Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules in the software system. Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Interested in joining our team? Our Story:
Chris and Cheri Irons have been in the business of caring as owners of Home Instead in Indiana since September of 1996 becoming the first Home Instead Franchise in Indiana. They were drawn to the profession by their compassion for people. "We wanted to do something that made a difference," said Chris. "We also had a personal experience caring for a family member that made us realize how critical in-home assistance is." The need is clear as the business continues to thrive. Chris and Cheri currently have three offices located in Lafayette, Lebanon and Noblesville, IN. "The rewards in this business are immeasurable," he said. "We truly have an amazing group of dedicated CAREGivers and admin team who are changing the lives of their clients every day by helping them remain in their homes." They live in North Central Indiana with their six children.
