From high-voltage utility construction to large-scale renewable projects, we understand this industry from the ground up. And the next chapter is underway. The Journeyman plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems on utility-scale solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects. This position requires technical expertise, adherence to safety and compliance standards, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams to deliver high-quality renewable energy solutions. What You'll Do Install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components for solar and renewable energy projects in compliance with NEC, project specifications, and local/state codes. Perform electrical terminations, grounding, commissioning support, and inspections for PV arrays, inverters, switchgear, and related balance-of-system equipment. Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and one-line diagrams to complete installations and resolve issues efficiently. Lead and support Apprentice Electricians and laborers by assigning tasks, reviewing work quality, and promoting safe work practices on job sites. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and jobsite standards. What You Bring Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA standards, and electrical safety practices, with the ability to lead by example on job sites. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and one-line diagrams, as well as performing conduit bending, wire pulling, grounding, and electrical terminations. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and megohmmeters. Valid Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License required, with at least 4 years of electrical experience; solar or renewable energy experience and apprentice mentoring experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, travel extensively (up to 100%), lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, navigate active job sites, and maintain a valid driver's license.
