This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications. Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly. Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience in a carpentry-related position. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Must have a valid driver's license. Must own a vehicle, and the ability to travel locally.
