Journeyman Diesel Technician

We're hiring journeyman technicians, who can diagnose, not guess. This role is for someone who understands systems end to end on drivetrain, engine, aftertreatment, and can execute repairs correctly the first time. Have good communication skills and can clearly document diagnosis and repairs. If you need constant directions this is not the position for you. Responsibilities would be :

• Diagnose and repair manual and automatic transmission.
• Diagnose and replace clutches, rear main seals, re seal flywheel housing, replace input shaft, calibrate clutch actuator and transmission. Adjust clutches.
• Able to reprogram/update ecm,cpc's, and tcm software on freightliner, peterbilt, and volvos
• Perform lube and oil changes
• Perform wheel seal replacement, re seal differentials, replace differentials.
• Able to Diagnose/replace fuel injectors, turbos turbo actuators, radiators, ac compressor, air compressor, engine belts, replace exhaust manifolds gaskets,replace rocker arms, valve cover gaskets, replace egr valves,egr coolers, oil coolers, Able to troubleshoot and repair ac problems, replace u-joints,drive lines, center support bearing, brakes, motor mounts, mountain and dismount tires, replace brakes, Able to rebuilt fan clutches, Perform valve adjustment, inframes,and overhauls on majority of the engines like cummins isx12, isx15, isb, paccar, DD13, DD15, DD16, volvo, maxforce.

Able to work on light /medium diesels like cummins, duramax and Hino engines.

• Have a valid driver license preferred CDL.

Or Able amd willing to take your CDL upon hiring.
