Responsibilities:

• Perform skilled trade work independently in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Ensure all work meets applicable codes and safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite organization
• Communicate effectively with team members and apprentices
• Complete required documentation and time logs
• Travel nationwide for jobs lasting 1-4 weeks at a time
• Work variable schedules depending on project needs

Schedule & Travel:

• Typical start time: 7:00 AM but varies by job and may include late night or early morning hours. Candidates must be flexible with work schedule.
• Standard 40-hour week, with current workloads 50-60 hours per week

• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial environments with 3 plus years of experience required.
• Licensed journeyman preferred
