Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled licensed Plumber, Journeyman Plumber or people interested in becoming a technician to join our team. As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for performing a variety of plumbing tasks in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise in construction, plumbing, and pipe fitting will be essential in ensuring the proper installation and maintenance of plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations
• Collaborate with construction teams to plan and execute plumbing projects
• Perform inspections to identify plumbing issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
• Utilize power tools and equipment to cut, bend, thread, and assemble pipes
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, and water heaters
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects
• Conduct regular maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
• Proficiency in commercial driving for transportation of materials and equipment
• Ability to effectively use power tools for cutting, bending, and assembling pipes
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and building plans
• Maintenance Person skills for general repairs or remodeling tasks
