Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years' experience in a plumbing field and currently hold their Journeyman License.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Coordinates, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain plumbing equipment including, but not limited to faucets, lavatories, toilets, flush valves, sinks, water heaters, drinking fountains, domestic water heaters, boilers, backflow devices, valves and water meters Performs preventative maintenance inspections and repairs Works with supervisors to complete projects Other duties as assigned by supervisor Occasional travel to other sites within our region Must own some basic tools for use on the job Must have own transportation to move around the community or to other Solomon properties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work full time 40 hours per week 5+ years actual hands on experience Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business disciplines

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Position requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles.
