). As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for reading blue prints, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all codes and standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical skills, and contribute to high-quality construction and maintenance efforts. You also will be doing some service, maintenance in both residential and commercial settings, Having some HVAC experience is a plus! Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances on construction sites or in existing buildings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts

FOR BOTH COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL

) Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance. Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for project documentation. Requirements Valid Journeyman Plumbing license or certification recognized by local authorities. Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related field service roles. Strong knowledge of plumbing codes (commercial/residential), schematics, blueprints, and mechanical systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding devices, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving if required for specific projects.
