Minimum 5 years of professional production woodworking or cabinetmaking experience Proven ability to work independently from drawings to final assembly Experience with cabinet construction, millwork fabrication, and woodworking tools Strong knowledge of measuring, layout techniques, and woodworking materials Ability to maintain precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications Perform layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly of custom cabinetry and wood components Operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, sanders, and other shop machinery Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, fixtures, millwork, and wood products Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and accuracy in all finished products Inspect materials and finished components to ensure specification compliance and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe woodworking shop environment Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and project requirements Why This Job?
