Opportunity:

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of a small but impactful branch. You'll be the face of the bank in the community—supporting customers, leading a committed local team, and helping producers and small business owners find smart, sustainable financial solutions.

What You'll Do:

Lead a close-knit team of frontline staff, fostering a positive and service-focused culture Support ag and small business lending by working with loan officers and credit staff Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance, security, and smooth customer service Build strong, lasting relationships with customers—often neighbors and friends Drive branch growth through outreach, referrals, and community involvement Why This Role?
