Job Description

Waipā Foundation | Hanalei, HI | Part-time | $22/hour Waipā Foundation is hiring a Jr. Alakaʻi to join our Food and Farm Tour team on Kauaʻi's north shore. In this role you'll drive guests through our 1,600-acre ahupuaʻa in a Kawasaki Mule, assist the lead guide in sharing the story of this place, support hands-on cultural activities and tastings, and handle setup, breakdown, and site maintenance before and after each tour.
Schedule:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 18 hours/week with potential for more. What we're looking for: a valid driver's license, a positive can-do attitude, the ability to work outdoors in various conditions, and a genuine interest in Hawaiian culture and land-based work. No prior tour experience required. This position offers real opportunities to grow. Strong performers may develop into a lead Alakaʻi role over time.
