This position requires strong legal writing and research skills (developing legal strategy, drafting discovery/motions/briefs/pleadings/etc.), excellent communication skills (for interactions with opposing counsel/clients/etc.), and the ability to manage cases independently within a supportive, mentoring environment. You will be required to adequately prepare for and attend court hearings and depositions, assist with settlements/mediations/negotiations, and support attorneys in personal injury and other litigation matters. This in-office role has a salary range of $85k-$120k (based on experience) and includes paid PTO, medical benefits, retirement plan with employer contribution, a discretionary annual bonus, and a percentage of any business you bring into the firm. #
