We are seeking a Shop Drawings Submittals Manager for our rapidly growing Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA .

What You Will Do:

Own the submittal process from scope release through client approval Plan and assign drafting work across internal team and external partners Review drawings for buildability, clarity, and completeness Ensure drawings reflect scope and avoid unnecessary complexity Translate inconsistent architectural inputs into consistent outputs Coordinate with Project Managers on submittal schedules Identify ambiguities or incomplete information and drive resolution Develop and apply preferred build methods to common conditions Step in as a drafting/design resource when needed What you will need to be successful: Strong experience in architectural millwork, casework, or custom fabrication Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications with clarity Advanced AutoCAD (or similar) proficiency Ability to develop practical, buildable solutions — not just replicate drawings Self-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions and move work forward Comfortable working in a fast-paced, variable environment that requires adaptability Experience with Innergy preferred Experience working with outsourced drafting resources preferred Design-build or high variability project experience preferred Remote-capable for the right candidate; local or hybrid preferred for collaboration.
