Job Description

The Judicial Staff Attorney works under the supervision of an assigned District Judge. Position's primary resposibility is to assist judges by conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing case records, filings and drafting legal memoranda, opinions and orders to help the Court efficiently resolve legal issues and manage its caseload. Successful candidate must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law within the State of Idaho OR be immediately eligible for a limited license and able to take and pass the next available Idaho State Bar exam with continued employment contingent upon passing the Bar exam and licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho.
