Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Junior Analyst/Executive Admin Support serving as a executive level administrative support to the President of Organic Vegetables and operational analysis assistance for the Organic Vegetable farming team. Additional Info What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in business, Ag Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field required. Must be able to perform executive level administrative duties including managing correspondence, answering calls and problem solving, organizing schedules, and organization of office processes and procedures. Must also be able to interpret and assist with basic financial and operational analyses, data interpretation and manipulation, formulating reports, and assisting with group projects and presentation preparation. Must have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Exceptional grammar and writing skills required and must be a good communicator. High competency required using Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess a problem- solving mentality, be detail-oriented, organized, have strong analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy. Must have the ability to work with different people and personalities. Must be able to handle confidential and/or privileged information responsibly and be trustworthy. Remote work not available for this position. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean DMV driving record. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background.
What will set you apart:
Experience using Power Pivot and BI tools (Power' BI, Tableau). Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Benefits Total Rewards:
$70,304-$80,000 /
YEARLY Filling Deadline:
May 26, 2026 (Internal Employees) Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
