• Full-time Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our procurement team.

This entry-level position plays a crucial role in supporting the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management functions that ensure seamless supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating suppliers, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate procurement records. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in materials management, ERP systems, and supply chain processes within a dynamic organization committed to operational excellence. Duties Manage assigned plumbing vendors, products, and purchase orders Create and submit accurate purchase orders Review pricing, quantities, finishes, freight terms, and delivery details Track order confirmations, ETAs, backorders, and shipments Follow up with vendors to prevent delays and resolve issues Communicate delivery updates and shortages to internal teams Resolve issues such as pricing discrepancies, shipping problems, and missing documentation Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including tracking and shipment updates Support warehouse and receiving teams with order discrepancies Work closely with Project Managers, Sales, and Purchasing teams Qualifications 2+ years of purchasing, logistics, or supply chain experience in distribution or manufacturing 2+ years of experience working with purchase orders in an ERP system High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
